Margaritaville Vacation Club is a tropical dream come true. Located on the eastern side of the island, with panoramic views of lush vegetation, white sand beaches, and Water Bay. Enjoy duty-free shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, water sports or just relax. Visit National Historic Landmarks, Blackbeard’s Castle and Fort Christian (the oldest standing structure in USVI. The Cyril E. King Airport (STT) is 14.5 km / 9 mi from the resort.
The resort provides: 1 Roof top infinity pool with spectacular views, 1 Ground level pool, Pool Bar, Sunbathing, Fitness center, Café, Casual Dining, Live Entertainment, Firepit, Convenience Store, Business center, Concierge service, Complimentary golf cart shuttle on resort premises.
Two Bedroom Presidential Hillside Ocean View: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, Full kitchen, Living and dining areas, Washer/Dryer, TVs, Balcony. App. 1017 sq. ft., Maximum occupancy 6.
This is my personal reservation. Once payment is made, I will transfer my reservation to your name. Please include the name and address that will be on the guest confirmation letter. That name and address must match a photo ID and credit card to be shown during check in.
A guest confirmation letter will be emailed to you. When you check in at the Wyndham reservation desk you will need to show your guest reservation. You must be at least 21 years old and you will need to provide a photo ID and a credit card to be put on file. A refundable $250 security deposit may be required. There are no additional resort fees. You may be invited to attend an information / sales presentation, but you are under NO obligation to attend.
Full payment is due at the time of purchase using Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. Once I am notified of payment, I will transfer the reservation to your name. Within 48 hours of purchase, you will receive from Wyndham a guest reservation in your name. This reservation cannot be cancelled after it has been purchased. This transaction is non-refundable.
About the seller:
My wife and I are retired schoolteachers. We appreciate Wyndham resorts’ quality and amenities so much that we now have enough timeshare points for many vacation opportunities. We are renting vacation time that we will not use for our personal travel. These rentals help cover the cost of our annual maintenance fees. Compare our prices with any travel websites, and you should be pleasantly surprised. Remember there are no additional resort fees, processing fees or sales taxes.
Useful information:
• A $25 per night, per unit government-imposed island environmental impact fee will be charged at check-in. This is separate from the purchase price paid to me.
• Limited on-site parking is available. Vehicles drive on the left side of the road.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• Please be advised that Sargassum seaweed may be present on the beach as the Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, there may be an unpleasant odor and the beach will not be accessible. The resort may provide transportation to a nearby beach while the resort beach is temporarily closed.
• This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.
US citizens do not need a passport.
