Nail Technician Qualifications:
*Current Nail Technician certification or license, as required by local regulations.
*Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, treatments, sanitation, and industry best practices.
*Warm, professional, and guest focused demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
*Excellent customer service, communication, and a strong work ethic.
*Ability to build rapport and create exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.
*Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
*Flexible, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced resort spa setting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform a variety of Manicures, Pedicures, Gels, Acrylics, and Nail art.
*Recommend personalized treatments and products.
*Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.
*Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
*Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
*Understands the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to guests. Answers guests' questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
*Work assigned schedules and arrive for their shift on time.
