As a massage therapist, you will provide exceptional services to our valued guests. Delivering an exceptional relaxation and wellness experience. Through personalized care and outstanding service, you will help our guests relax, rejuvenate, and restore their sense of well being.
Massage Therapist Qualifications:
*Current Massage Therapist certification or license, as required by local regulations.
*Strong knowledge of massage modalities, body treatments, anatomy, and therapeutic techniques.
*Passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
*Warm, professional, and guest focused demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
*Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
*Ability to assess guests' needs and customize treatments to promote relaxation and overall well-being.
*Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism.
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to create a calming, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
*Perform a variety of professional massage and body therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and other spa treatments in accordance with spa protocols and service standards.
*Conduct thorough guest consultations and customize treatments based on individual needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
*Recommend personalized spa services, enhancements, and retail products to support guests' overall well-being and homecare routines.
*Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation for treatment rooms, linens, equipment, and work areas.
*Build strong, lasting relationships with guests by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable wellness experiences that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
*Demonstrate outstanding customer service, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
*Possess a strong understanding of spa products, ingredients, and treatment benefits, and confidently educate guests on recommended services and retail products.
*Respond to guest questions and concerns in a knowledgeable, professional, and courteous manner.
*Uphold the highest standards of guest confidentiality by maintaining discretion regarding personal information, health concerns, treatment preferences, and all guest interactions.
*Adhere to assigned schedules, arrive punctually for all shifts, and maintain a dependable and professional presence.
*Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless spa operations and an exceptional guest experience.
