Seeking a fourth roommate for a house of three, apartment is 1bed/2bath. We are a female/queer household in the PLG area with the lease opening September 1st 2026. It is a house of students, artists, and workers who keep varied schedules and value safety, open communication, and cleanliness. Laundry not in unit but close.
Criteria:
-No burning incense or herb of any kind in the household
-No cats/dogs, not allergic to guinea pigs, ok with the caging in common space, loves animals and willing to take care of the guineas on occasion.
- Respects personal belongings, no use without asking permission in advance
- Headphones for TV/music in common areas after hours
-Preferably someone quiet who does not keep or work late hours
-Ok with 78-79 in summer and 75-76 in the winter for ac and heat
- Occasional guests totally fine but need texting notification in the group chat before their arrival. Overnight guests only with permission from all other housemates in advance. Guests are to follow house rules as well
- No parties or large gatherings without group agreement
-Keeps up with weekly rotating cleaning schedule
-Financially responsible and able to pay monthly rent/utilities without fail is a must!
