It is a complex of buildings with beautiful views overlooking the historic harbor. We offer single rooms, each with a private bath and separate entries. Conveniently located blocks from the downtown Charlotte Amalie’s retail and diamond district, and walking distance to Frenchtown, Havensite and local safari transportation.
We provide comfortable single rooms with private entrances in a gated compound. These are NOT APARTMENTS. Miller Manor provides housing at reasonable rates to visitors and vacationers, as well as remote and seasonal workers, those looking to establish themselves ‘on island’, or those who are in-between or still searching permanent housing.
Our ‘long-terms’ (90 days or more) allow for extended stays with options for early departures, providing both immediate housing security and flexibility(many guests stay for months or years beyond their initial term).
Rates are single occupancy and based on size and amenities, Each unit has a private entry, a full sized bed with private bath (w shower), small refrigerator, microwave (or hot plate), linens, bedding and basic necessities. To start, a long-term stay has a security deposit, a one time cleaning fee and the monthly rate paid at the beginning of each monthly term. We are also pet friendly and have a dog (Brown Dog) and cats on site. WiFi and laundry are made available to our guests.
Please note that ALL rooms are accessed via STAIRS, so you need to be physically fit enough to navigate multiple stairs.
