La Plage Spa at the Westin Resort St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Spa Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities:
*Warmly welcome guests and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
*Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the spa calendar and reservations.
*Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
*Process payments, gift cards, and maintain accurate guest and financial records.
*Assist with retail product sales and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
*Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and retail area.
*Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
*Promote spa services, packages, memberships, and special offers to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
*Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally and with discretion.
*Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
*Prior customer service, hospitality, spa, hotel, or receptionist experience preferred.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
*Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
*Familiarity with booking and point-of-sale (POS) software.
*Professional appearance and a warm, friendly, guest focused attitude.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
*Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office or similar programs.
*Sales experience or the ability to recommend spa services and retail products.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle guest information with discretion.
