Caribbean Protection Systems is hiring a part‑time Office Support & Billing Assistant to help with invoice entry, payment recording, scanning/digitizing files, and general office tasks. This is a consistent 3‑days‑per‑week position with an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
Enter invoices into QuickBooks
Record customer payments
Email invoices and track confirmations
Scan and digitize paper files
Organize digital documents and maintain filing systems
Provide general office/admin support as needed
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience required
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable with scanning and digital file organization
Schedule:
Part‑time, 3 days per week
Flexible daytime hours
Pay:
$18–$25/hr, depending on experience
