Eco Innovations VI is seeking a reliable and motivated Solar Installer to join our growing team. We install residential and commercial solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, and backup power systems throughout the Virgin Islands.
Responsibilities:
* Install solar panels, racking systems, and battery storage equipment
* Assist with electrical and mechanical installations
* Work safely on rooftops and job sites
* Maintain a clean and professional work environment
* Follow installation plans and company procedures
Qualifications:
* Solar, electrical, construction, or roofing experience preferred
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Willing to learn and grow with the company
