We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Water Sports Agent to join our team at a busy resort location in St. Thomas.
This role involves assisting guests with water sports activities and rentals while delivering exceptional service that helps create memorable vacation experiences.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting guests with booking and participating in water sports activities
• Managing equipment rentals such as kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear
• Providing safety instructions and basic activity guidance to guests
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the water sports shop and equipment
• Delivering outstanding customer service to resort guests
What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Strong reliability and professionalism
• Previous customer service or water sports experience is a plus (not required)
This is a full-time position based in St. Thomas, and applicants must currently reside on island.
